Adult-Focused Experience & Supervision

  • Adult-Oriented Services: Services provided by Brisbane Boutique Booths are intended primarily for adult events and adult participation.

  • Child Supervision Required: Children under the age of 18 are welcome to use the photo booth provided they are under the direct, continuous supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or designated adult supervisor at all times.

  • Attendant Role: The on-site photo booth attendant is present solely to manage, operate, and assist with equipment and guest flow. The photo booth attendant is not a caregiver, child minder, or supervisor. Brisbane Boutique Booths accepts no responsibility or liability for supervising children attending the event.

Equipment Safety & Conduct

  • Proper Use: All guests must use the mirror photo booth, backdrops, props, and associated electronics in a safe, respectful manner as directed by the attendant.

  • Risk Acknowledgment: Guests use the equipment at their own risk. Brisbane Boutique Booths is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage arising from improper equipment use, horseplay, or failure to supervise minors.

  • Damage & Misconduct: The hiring client assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by guests (including unsupervised minors) or event attendees due to misuse, deliberate damage, or negligence.

Service Conditions

  • Power & Venue Setup: Brisbane Boutique Booths requires safe, stable 240V power access and a shelter/flat surface. We accept no liability for service interruptions caused by venue power outages, unstable internet connection for digital sharing, or unsafe weather conditions for outdoor events.

  • Contact Details for Digital Sharing: Phone numbers or email addresses entered directly into the booth screen to receive instant SMS or email copies of their photos.

  • Service Delivery: To operate the mirror photo booth, process live digital shares, print photos on-site, and fulfill our contractual obligations with the event host.

  • Gallery Hosting: To create online password-protected or private digital galleries for event hosts and guests to access post-event.

  • Marketing & Promotion: With prior consent from the event host (and where guests have been notified via event signage or host agreement), we may use select high-quality event photos on our website, portfolio, or social media pages to showcase our work.

3. Digital Media & Social Sharing

  • Guest Contact Input: Phone numbers and email addresses entered by guests into the mirror booth touchscreen are used solely for transmitting the requested photo link. We do not sell, spam, or add event guests to marketing mailing lists via their instant-share contact inputs.

  • Opt-Out & Photo Removal: If an event guest wishes to have a photo removed from an online gallery or social media channel, they can contact us directly at our contact email, and we will promptly remove the image.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose data to trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including:

  • Cloud hosting and digital gallery software providers (e.g., photo booth sharing platforms).
