1. General Event & Guest Conduct

Event-Oriented Services: Services provided by Brisbane Boutique Booths are designed for entertainment, parties, corporate functions, and celebrations across all age groups.

Child Supervision Required: Children under the age of 18 are welcome to use the photo booth provided they remain under the active, direct, and continuous supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or designated adult supervisor at all times.

Attendant Role: The on-site photo booth attendant is present solely to manage, operate, and assist with equipment and guest flow. The attendant is not a caregiver, child-minder, or supervisor. Brisbane Boutique Booths accepts no responsibility or liability for supervising children attending the event.
2. Printing Services & Post-Event Reprints

In-Session Unlimited Printing: All hire packages include unlimited instant photo prints for the hiring client and their guests during the active, booked session hours only.

Post-Event Reprints: On-site printing capabilities cease immediately at the conclusion of the hired session. If the client or event guests require additional physical prints, duplicates, or photo reprints after the event has concluded, they may contact Brisbane Boutique Booths directly to arrange a separate reprint service and quote.
3. Equipment Safety, Props & Wearables Usage Policy

Proper Use: All guests must use the mirror photo booth, backdrops, props, designer wearables, and associated electronics in a safe, respectful manner as directed by the attendant.

Props & Designer Wearables: All props, themed accessories, and designer wearables provided by Brisbane Boutique Booths remain the exclusive property of Brisbane Boutique Booths. Guests are warmly welcomed and encouraged to use and wear these items within the designated photo booth area during the active session only. These items are strictly NOT to be taken home, kept as souvenirs, or removed from the venue.

Risk Acknowledgment: Guests use the equipment and props at their own risk. Brisbane Boutique Booths is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage arising from improper equipment use, horseplay, or failure to supervise minors.

Damage & Misconduct Financial Liability: The hiring client assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage, loss, unreturned items, or theft of equipment, props, or designer wearables caused by guests (including unsupervised minors) or event attendees due to misuse, deliberate damage, removing items off-site, or gross negligence.
4. Service Conditions & Venue Requirements

Power & Setup: Brisbane Boutique Booths requires safe, stable 240V power access and a covered, level, weather-protected surface.

Liability Limitations: We accept no liability for service interruptions caused by venue power outages, unstable internet connection for digital sharing, or unsafe weather conditions for outdoor/unprotected setups.

2. How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery: To operate the mirror photo booth, process live digital shares, print photos on-site during the session, and fulfill our contractual obligations with the event host.

Gallery Hosting: To create online password-protected or private digital galleries for event hosts and guests to access post-event.

Customer Communication: To respond to inquiries, send booking confirmations, manage invoices, and provide event updates.

Marketing & Promotion: With prior consent from the event host (and where guests have been notified via event signage or host agreement), we may use select high-quality event photos on our website, portfolio, or social media pages to showcase our work.
3. Digital Media & Social Sharing

Guest Contact Input: Phone numbers and email addresses entered by guests into the mirror booth touchscreen are used solely for transmitting the requested photo link. We do not sell, spam, or add event guests to marketing mailing lists via their instant-share contact inputs.

Opt-Out & Photo Removal: If an event guest wishes to have a photo removed from an online gallery or social media channel, they can contact us directly at our contact email, and we will promptly remove the image.
4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose data to trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including:
